WOW! I know people say, "Don't judge a book by its cover." Blah. I do it all the time, and this cover did not disapoint! What I didn't realize was just how creeped out I was going to get. PLEASE READ THIS WITH THE LIGHTS ON!!!! Unless you are a horror junkie, in which case turn out the lights and get ready for a serious scare! I'm not a horror junkie but I am very glad I picked this book. The characters have a very real voice, you tend to feel as though you are a part of the story. Have fun Screaming at the book while you read it! --Annabelle Garcia, Blame it on the Books blog

As soon as I read the description for this book I was entrigued, the cover drew me in and I wanted to know more. I read the book in one sitting taking just a few hours and I loved it. The book follows a young Teacher who has moved to work at a new school, staying in a house left to him by his grandmother who has passed away. It does have a few bump in the night moments and reminds me quite a bit of almost the Sixth Sense and the Craft in the way the story moves, I really enjoyed it. --Donna Maguire, NetGallery

The events that take place in this book are no different than what some people say that spirits do, but when they follow Adrian to the school, that is a whole different ballgame. I love the way that Chase kept you guessing and wondering how it was all going to end!! --MELANIE HUTCHINSON, GoodReads
